   Springwood Executive is an executive search firm specializing in senior finance and leadership placements within private equity-backed technology businesses across the United States.    • Trusted Third-Party Service Providers (e.g. Background Checks, Assessment Tools, CV Formatting) strictly under a Data Processing Agreement.

   • Professional service providers such as email or CRM platforms we use to manage search processes

   We implement reasonable administrative and technical measures to keep your data secure. Candidate data is typically retained for up to 5 years unless you request otherwise.
